Concorde Palace Hotel

Staffs are really good, helpful and very responsive.

Often smells cigarette which I don’t really like.

Room is wide and clean

Smelling of the room not good

Good sized room.

The hotel smelt of cigarettes and I am a non smoker. That part was miserable.

staff and location

my room, for 2 people bed was small

The staff was nice and also the room was with modern decorations. It is near to the metro .

The smell in the ground; you need to pass it. Then, you go to the first floor and find the reception. Also, it was so hard to sleep; many people made noises. Additionally, it was so loud – the music of the nightclub near or in the hotel; I don't know. The washroom will be nicer than it is now.

Room were big and clean.

Breakfast choice was very poor. There are too many clubs in the building. Could not get any sleep due to music, despite requesting quiet rooms during booking.Receipting staff did not feel welcoming. During check out, the reception staff hardly spoke to us.

Location was little bad for us. Because when we’re wake up time I saw smoking people in outside. Even if they give nice wive maybe it’s good

The Staf were very good, The rooms were very good, every thing was good.

The Disco Sound couldn't let us sleep till 4 AM every night.

Very ……… overrated property . Too noisy . Hard to sleep at night.Dirty bathroom.

Everything, nothing up to the mark .

Location

Room was given to me was too small.since I am a regular guest for them so I know there rooms are big size but this time they disappointed me. Also late chevk out not accepted.

bed comfortable, staff are cooperation

cleaning, noise

The hotel's location is highly convenient, especially with its proximity to the metro station. Although the breakfast left something to be desired, the hotel redeemed itself with excellent services in other aspects. The surrounding area boasts a variety of restaurants, including some that operate 24 hours, providing guests with diverse dining options.

My recent stay was marred by the poor quality of bath towels provided. They were notably rough in texture and emitted an unpleasant odor.

Location is very near to metro station! :)

No soundproof rooms, the hotel has several clubs, ground floor, mid floor and 7th floor. Although celebrations for NYE were universal the parties continued until late in the morning not allowing sleep in rooms due to the noise.

Accessibility, attentive to the requests

Smell of the area smells like smoke, loud sounds at night because of the club

Many shops, restaurants, and metro near the hotel and the room were clean every day. Will be back stay in this hotel.

Close to metro

Watch left in room 718 and no response to emails raised with the hotel to date.

Not recommended

Reception took 10 mins to check us in even though the payments were made in advance. We could hear loud music until late night which made it quite difficult to get a good nights rest.

The free wifi and hotel staff friendly and respectful

The night clubs in the hotel 5 clubs very noisy and location not so favourable. The bathrooms need some thorough cleaning.

only location and wifi

cleaning, breakfast, smell, noise

Just its near to sharaf dg metro thats it
